Matt Cosners bags a pair of fifth place finishes in Modified and Late Model

On Friday evening Matt Cosner visited Roaring Knob Motorsports Complex (Markleysburg, Pa.) hopping behind the wheel of his R.H. Lapp Mechanical Contractors No. 66c Modified entry. Reeling in a Top-5 finish in the feature, Cosner scored a fifth place spot.

The following night at Greater Cumberland Raceway (Cumberland, Md.) for the Ultimate Northeast Series-sanctioned Summer Sizzler 30, Cosner earned the fifth-starting position for the $3,500-to-win via preliminary events. Holding his spot for all 30-laps, Matt notched a fifth place finish behind Dan Angelicchio, Jared Miley, Max Blair, and Alex Ferree.
