Cosner visits Port Royal for Rumble by the River

Matt Cosner was back in action on Thursday afternoon at Port Royal Speedway (Port Royal, Pa.) as the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMDS) roared into town for the for the three-day Rumble by the River. Drawing 43 Late Models, Cosner followed up a seventh-place finish in his heat with an eighth-place finish in his B-Main. Earning a provisional into the $10,000-to-win preliminary feature, Matt was an early retiree on lap 23. (Heath Lawson photo)

The following night, Matt was granted a provisional into the 40-lap feature but pulled off with six circuits remaining.
