Podium finish in Billy Winn Classic at Bedford Speedway

Matt Cosner was one of 31 Late Models amassed at Bedford Speedway (Bedford, Pa.) on Friday afternoon for the annual Billy Winn Classic. With a third-place finish in his heat race lining him up on the fourth row for the $12,086-to-win A-Main, Cosner was tracking down race-leader Gregg Satterlee late in the 50-lapper but tagged the wall on the final lap, dropping him to third when the checkered flag flew. For the Topless 50 on Saturday at Tyler County Speedway (Middlebourne, W.VA.), Matt fell two spots short of a Top-10 finish in the feature with a 12th-place outing.
