Fourth-place finish for Cosner at Port Royal

After Friday’s scheduled stop at Bedford Speedway (Bedford, Pa.) fell to wet weather, Matt Cosner returned to Port Royal Speedway (Port Royal, Pa.) on Saturday afternoon to chase another $4,000 payday.

Aboard his Nelson Auto Sales No. 66c Late Model, Cosner stormed into the main event with a flag-to-flag victory in his heat race. Starting on the second row, Matt regained his starting spot on lap 14 and went onto place fourth in the 25-lapper. He trailed Gregg Satterlee, Rick Eckert, and Treaver Feathers across the line with Kyle Lee coming in fifth.
