Matt Cosner finishes 14th in Rumble by the River
Matt Cosner joined a stout field of 44 Super Late Models at Port Royal Speedway this past weekend for the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMDS) Rumble by the River.
Friday’s preliminary got the weekend underway, but Cosner missed a transfer spot in the opener.
He bounced back on Saturday, posting the sixth-fastest time in his time trial group and finishing second in his heat. Starting from the fourth row in the $50,000-to-win feature, Cosner ultimately brought home a 14th-place finish.
